Starpoint provides essential services to two vulnerable populations: kids, prenatal through five years of age, and their families, and adults with cognitive and physical challenges. We have been providing services and supports to individuals, families, and communities in Fremont, Chaffee, and Custer Counties since 1977. We began providing adult services in Front Range communities in 2001.

As a result of our mission to serve children, 0-3, with disabilities, we have become the fiscal anchor of a collaborative network of early childhood programs that serve ALL children, 0-5.
